Belt feeder
The belt feeder is designed to evenly feed both large and medium sized products into your process. The feeding is done through a metal plate belt, which enables the feeding of heavy pieces. The gear motors are driven by frequency convertors allowing a broad range of speed control.
The belt feeder can be implemented with or without levelling screws. The levelling screws keep the layer thickness constant during feeding of the product into the process.
To prevent dust coming out at the loading and discharge points of the feeder, special hoods and equipment to put the feeder in negative pressure can be provided.
